We're seeking a Social Media Supervisor with deep paid social advertising expertise to serve as a client-facing leader across campaign strategy, execution, and relationship management. The ideal candidate translates data into clear recommendations, mentors junior team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive measurable results. Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, delivering proactive communication on performance, strategy, and recommendations
- Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights and present findings confidently on a regular cadence
- Develop performance reports, optimization recommendations, and strategic POVs
- Support senior leadership in client onboarding, strategic planning, and quarterly business reviews
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Oversee, execute, QA, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snap, Pinterest, and more
- Lead strategy development through audience research, competitive analysis, social listening, and creative strategy
- Apply a data-driven approach to continuously improve client KPIs and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
- Advise creative partners on best practices for video, image, and text content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media planning, buying, ad operations, and analytics teams to develop integrated, results-driven strategies
- Align paid social, influencer, and social listening efforts with broader digital and offline media initiatives
- Contribute to new business pitches, including research and POV development
Team Leadership
- Mentor and provide quality review for junior team members (Strategists and Senior Strategists)
- Help build internal best practices, training resources, and process documentation
- Stay current on platform developments and industry trends, sharing learnings with the team
Requirements
- 7+ years of paid social media experience across campaign development, activation, management, optimization, and measurement
- Proven client-facing experience: leading status calls, presenting performance data, and managing expectations with confidence
- Strong in-platform expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snap, and Pinterest
- Solid understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, and measurement frameworks
- Experience integrating paid social with organic content, influencer activation, and other paid channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
- Clear, confident communicator - written, verbal, and in presentations; client-facing presentation experience required
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with accuracy and on deadline
- Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to team culture
- Some mentorship or junior team oversight experience is a plus
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred

Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
