Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Samsung Builder and Dacor Luxury Appliances, you will oversee and manage all digital touchpoints for the channel/brand. You’ll have a strong skill set in data, insights and analytics and leverage these to evolve and optimize digital initiatives with the ability to course correct activity based on KPIs and sales performance. This is a role which requires collaboration with key internal cross-functional teams as well as leading external agency partners with project scoping, budget management and briefs to deliver high quality output while maximizing efficiency. You will be a thought leader and have the ability to bring new ideas and initiatives to further grow Dacor’s digital footprint.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Dot com: samsungbuilder.com and dacor.com: collaborates to define and drive the execution of the customer journey and user experience working towards a best-in-class digital experience to increase awareness, consideration, conversion and retention. Identify and scope evolutions of content and various audience needs to ensure we are providing our customer with the necessary, unique and distinctive content.
  • Digital Paid Media: leads the development of an overarching digital media strategy ensuring multiple stakeholders are aligned, including leadership. Drives the implementation of the strategy through a formal brief to develop a detailed tactical and KPI measurement plan. Establishes a formal and frequent cadence of reporting results through the development of a KPI dashboard with on-going optimization of the plan to maximize ROI.
  • Email Marketing: defines, implements and drives the brand(s) email marketing strategy including audience targeting, go-to-market plan and campaign deployment. You will develop personalized content for all audience channels and define and execute a test and learn approach to continually optimize marketing ROI opportunity, impart findings into an evergreen strategy.
  • Ratings & Reviews (Dacor): defines and implements the brands community review strategy through owned and shared digital platforms. Partner with reviews seeding vendors to recruit community members, share product guides for campaign briefs, and monitor product delivery. Develop agency relationship to ensure Dacor reviews are optimized and customer feedback is handled appropriately. Share reporting to internal teams on reviews results, highlighting product feature successes and positive experiences as well as lowlights and opportunities for improvement
  • Data & Analytics: delivers insightful reporting and analytics that measures effectiveness of all digital touchpoints. Defines and tracks key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards and deliver ad hoc analysis.
  • New Initiatives: ability to deliver new and impactful digital opportunities to directly impact our customer’s consideration and conversion.
  • Partnership: collaborates with all cross-function stakeholders including leadership, sales and product marketing to ensure alignment. Takes direction from Brand Experience stakeholders to ensure brand standards and brand content is not compromised.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience planning, executing and measuring digital media tactics with tangible examples of how the performance of the plans impacted business results.
  • 5+ years in a CRM specific role having demonstrated the ability to develop a CRM strategy and plan personalized content for email campaigns.
  • Experience with social listening dashboards
  • Working knowledge of the media landscape and performance-based digital marketing
  • Experience managing indirect teams, include agency oversight
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to identify interdependencies, overcome obstacles, and able to manage complex projects on time and deliver quality results.
  • Experience developing net new programs, test n learns, unique and differentiated campaign concepts/communications framework
