Job Description:

* This is a temporary opportunity to start asap, for about 1 month with the possibility to extend or convert to FTE.

* NYC prefered.

* Must have RFP and pitch proposals experience.

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter with a strong background in new business writing, including RFI/RFP responses and pitch materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and pitch submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear, persuasive, and structured content
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling, client-ready narratives
  • Support new business efforts and contribute to winning client proposals

Requirements

  • Proven experience with RFI/RFP writing and proposal development
  • Background in agency, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Strong ability to write for business audiences (not just creative/brand copy)
  • Excellent storytelling, editing, and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting new client acquisition or pitch teams
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $88.82 - $118.49. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
