The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Paid Social
OMG23 is looking for a Specialist, Paid Social to help bring Disney’s paid social strategies to life. This role is all about execution. You’ll run and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, partner closely with the Social team, and use data to make sure every campaign supports client goals and performs at a high level.
What You’ll Do:
Execute and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
Apply best practices across the paid social landscape while managing multiple campaigns at once
Build and refine complex audience targeting strategies
Manage daily budget pacing, bids, and optimizations
QA all campaign setups, launches, and reporting for accuracy and quality
Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities
Optimize content calendars and paid plans to ensure clean, reliable data
Partner with client teams on day-to-day communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Communicate insights clearly in writing and presentations
You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
1+ years of hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns in at least 2 of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube
Strong working knowledge of biddable platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools is a plus
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
California: $60,000.00 - $70,500.00
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
