From concept and architectural planning to construction and interior design, we deliver comprehensive project management with a focus on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, helping to showcase our exceptional projects and build our brand's online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor all social media platforms for comments, messages, and enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our project and design teams to gather visual content, such as photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms in line with company guidelines.
- Engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and industry followers.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics to help refine our strategy.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and the design-build industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a social media, marketing, or administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and exceptional attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A creative mindset with a genuine interest in architecture, interior design, or construction.
- Proficiency with standard office software.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva or social media scheduling platforms is considered a plus.
