Social Media Specialist Full-time & Great Benefits!

Description: The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating engaging social media platform posts, assisting with content creation, and capturing on-site content. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic, self starter with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creates content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, WhatsApp) including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns
  • Captures and analyzes appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
  • Moderates user-generated content and ensure it is in line with company policies for each platform
  • Conducts reviews of social media and related communications metrics and analytics in order to brainstorm ideas to improve content for the department’s primary social media channels
  • Creates and syncs calendar events with social media
  • Monitors and evaluates the company’s social media presence on all social media platforms.
  • Works with a wide range of media and uses Abobe Creative Cloud
  • Creates and monitors onsite facility events
  • Creates video and photo content
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Language Ability:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
