As a Social Media Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving customer growth through smart, data-led social media marketing. Working as part of our Channel Marketing team, you'll develop and optimise paid social campaigns that deliver results across the customer journey, from awareness through to conversion. You'll partner with marketers, agencies and platform specialists to bring campaigns to life, using audience insights, performance data and emerging channel opportunities to continuously improve outcomes. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute full funnel social media strategies that support customer growth and commercial outcomes.

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest, driving performance through continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, creative partners and agency specialists to develop effective social media campaigns and content strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour and channel insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Build sophisticated audience targeting approaches that improve engagement, efficiency and conversion performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, media investment, reporting and forecasting to maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Explore emerging social platforms, ad technology and digital media opportunities to support innovation and channel growth.

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest.

  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign optimisation and performance marketing principles.
  • Confidence using social media metrics, campaign data and insights to drive decision making.
  • Experience developing full funnel digital marketing campaigns from awareness through to conversion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across marketing, agency and platform partners.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting and media investment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with programmatic media, digital display advertising or platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk would be highly regarded.
