We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support our enterprise Social Media team. The Specialist will support the day-to-day execution of our growing social media program across owned channels, from content planning and copywriting through publishing, paid social support and reporting.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Development

  • Build and maintain social content calendars based on established channel strategies, business priorities, and communications frameworks
  • Draft platform-specific social copy based on approved messaging, creative briefs, and channel strategy
  • Coordinate with Insights & Intelligence and Community & Listening to identify content opportunities informed by audience insights, social listening and trends
  • In partnership with design and agency teams, develop content optimized for individual platforms and audiences
  • Coordinate SME reviews, approvals, and asset delivery
  • Attend enterprise content sharing meetings and share plans as appropriate

Publishing & Paid Support

  • Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling across owned social media channels
  • Monitor live content and channel activity, flagging emerging issues and opportunities
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging features, and social best practices
  • Boost content to key audiences and support paid budget management as appropriate

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track content and channel performance against established KPIs
  • Maintain recurring reporting and identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Support reporting and recommendations for leadership and campaign reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels, including content calendars, copywriting, publishing, and reporting
  • Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and publishing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in social media, content or digital marketing; healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content across platforms and audiences
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, formats, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
