The Social Media Specialist leads the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns to support the brand and business objectives, translating campaign goals into compelling content across Brembo’s social channels.
This role combines content creation, social media management, digital storytelling, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator who understands both social trends and the automotive industry
Major duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media plans aligned with corporate communications, marketing campaigns, product launches, motorsports activities, and employer branding initiatives.
- Build monthly content calendars.
- Recommend channel-specific strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Coordinate content production with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and videographers.
- Support coverage of trade shows, motorsports events, product launches, media events, and corporate activities.
- Manage relationships with influencers and strategic partners.
- Capture and publish real-time content from key events.
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
- Track and analyze platform performance, audience growth, engagement rates, reach, and content effectiveness.
- Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of social media, digital marketing, or communications experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Photography and video production experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Accustomed to working within an international team.
- Travelling (30%) is required.
