Position Responsibilities
· Work closely with marketing stakeholders to develop strategy for integrated social media campaigns including for all Texas Capital brands, including Bask Bank.
· Develop original content for the employee advocacy tool to enable frontline members to share branded content with their audiences.
· Lead the strategic compliance and governance workflows for content approvals across paid and social media channels.
· Lead community management and listening activities across all social media channels for all Texas Capital brands.
· Respond to client commentary, answer inquiries and identify and escalate complaints and potential issues.
· Work closely with marketing research team to understand and uncover insights specific to target audiences and relay into social media opportunities.
· Vet affiliate and third-party vendor opportunities to innovate on new go to market strategies and to reach new audiences.
· Remain up to date with the latest advertising and social media trends to drive business initiatives now and look forward to enhance overall effectiveness of media and advertising strategy.
· Develop comprehensive reports on social media activities to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and informed decision-making.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, media, social media or a related field – strong B2C background and experience with highly regulated industries preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, marketing, or related degree.
· Social media experience with a strong understanding of social media channels, best practices, digital advertising techniques and marketing technology platforms.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
· Familiar with marketing project management tools such as Asana and community management tools such as Sprout Social.
· Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.
· Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environments.
· Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
Location: Dallas, TX
Travel Requirements: 15-20% (typically between corporate offices as needed)
