Do you love creating content, being on camera, and connecting with people online?
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for someone who can turn social media into real conversations, real relationships, and real vehicle sales. This is not a traditional “wait for a customer to walk in” sales job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a name for themselves in the community while helping people find the right vehicle.
You may already be posting on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. Maybe you enjoy filming videos, following trends, talking about vehicles, or sharing your day with an audience. If you have personality, consistency, and the drive to grow, we can teach you the automotive side.
Create short-form social media content featuring new and used vehicles, customer deliveries, behind-the-scenes dealership life, product features, specials, and local community moments
Build your own personal brand as a trusted local vehicle resource
Use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to start conversations and create leads
Film vehicle walk-arounds, quick comparisons, feature videos, and fun content that gets attention
Respond to comments, direct messages, texts, calls, and online leads quickly and professionally
Turn social media conversations into appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries
Work with dealership leadership and marketing partners to create content ideas and stay aligned with current promotions
Follow up with past customers and build a referral network that grows over time
Deliver a helpful, no-pressure customer experience from first message through delivery and beyond
Are comfortable being on camera and talking to people
Understand what makes people stop scrolling
Have experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or similar platforms
Know how to use your personality to build trust and engagement
Are organized enough to follow up and turn interest into appointments
Want a role where your creativity can directly impact your income
Are willing to learn vehicle product knowledge, sales process, and customer follow-up
Can work a retail schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
We are open to candidates from social media, marketing, hospitality, customer service, retail, broadcasting, sports, content creation, or other people-facing backgrounds. We can teach the right person how to sell vehicles. What is harder to teach is confidence, personality, consistency, and the ability to connect with people online.
Competitive pay plan with strong earning potential
Training on vehicle product knowledge, social selling, lead follow-up, and the sales process
Support from management, inventory access, and content opportunities
The chance to build your own local brand while representing a well-established dealership
Health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, paid time off, and employee vehicle purchase programs
When you apply, tell us what platforms you use, what type of content you enjoy creating, and include links to your public social media profiles or portfolio if you have them.
