Puyana Plastic Surgery is a luxury plastic surgery practice in Coral Gables seeking a creative, outgoing, and motivated Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our team!

We are looking for someone who loves social media, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and plastic surgery.

This is a dynamic position combining social media marketing, content creation, patient engagement, and front desk support. You'll play an important role in growing our online presence, connecting with prospective patients, and helping turn inquiries into consultations and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

• Create and post daily Instagram Stories, Reels, photos, and videos.
• Develop engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of our practice, team, and patient experiences.
• Update website content, procedure pages, and before-and-after galleries.
• Manage social media engagement, comments, and direct messages.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional content.

Patient Engagement & Coordination

• Communicate with prospective patients through social media, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with lead follow-ups and scheduling consultations.
• Support the Patient Coordinator in converting inquiries into booked consultations and surgeries.
• Help maintain patient information and follow-up activities in our CRM.

Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with answering calls, scheduling appointments, and patient check-in.
• Provide front desk coverage and administrative support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable working directly with patients and supporting a busy medical practice.
• Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
