Social Media Marketing Intern

Job DescriptionCar Spa is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence and strengthen our local brand. This role is ideal for a student or aspiring marketing professional who enjoys content creation, social media strategy, and local business marketing.You will play a key role in showcasing our services, promoting special offers, and helping us increase customer engagement both on social media and Google.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and post engaging content for Instagram & other social media sites. (Reels, Stories, posts)Film and edit short-form videos highlighting services and promotionsWrite compelling captions and promotional contentResearch trends and suggest new content ideasTrack engagement metrics and provide basic performance reportsAssist with in-store promotions and marketing campaigns

QualificationsStrong understanding of Instagram (Reels, hashtags, engagement strategies)Basic understanding of local SEO is a plusExperience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, dependable, and self-motivatedInterest in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Preferred (Not Required)Previous experience managing a business social media accountExperience growing local engagementInterest in automotive or car-related content
