Position Overview:
We're looking for an intern who's curious about how social media drives real business growth. You'll join our team as a working contributor, not a spectator, helping manage social channels for Hyperquake clients and shaping the strategy behind them. Social will be your home base, but you'll also have room to explore other marketing channels, branding, and messaging work as you grow.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Help manage social media accounts for Hyperquake clients
● Own social content calendars, primarily posting and scheduling content, making sure all posts are deployed on-time, with the highest quality assurance
● Lead day-to-day community management, engaging with audiences in a way that reflects each client's voice
● Report on qualitative and quantitative social community insights
● Contribute to overall social media marketing strategy and tactical plans
● Support social content and messaging strategy, including measurement, reporting, and ongoing optimization
● Assist with content and calendar planning
● Take part in concept development and brainstorming sessions
● Collaborate across teams, working with designers, subject matter experts, marketing channel leads, and client leadership to deliver great work on time
● Flex into other channels, branding, and messaging projects as opportunities come up
Experience You Will Bring:
● Genuinely interested in growth and performance marketing, and curious about what makes content perform
● Fluent in the major social platforms, with a sense for what works on each one and experienced in managing social accounts for a club, organization or business
● A clear, thoughtful writer who can adapt tone for different brands and audiences
● Highly organized, detail oriented and dependable
● Skilled communicator, able to integrate into many teams, platforms, and processes
● Comfortable juggling multiple clients, calendars, and deadlines
● Collaborative and open to feedback, with the confidence to share your own ideas
● Familiarity with social scheduling or analytics tools (such as [Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite])
● Basic design or video editing skills (such as Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut)
