You're a natural creative who gets genuinely excited about the trends, culture, and the fast pace of social media. You're comfortable being both the storyteller and the editor, equally confident writing a caption, shooting a reel, or cutting together a story sequence. You have a sharp eye for what will resonate with an audience, and you don't wait for content to be handed to you — you're already thinking about what's next. You have excellent communication and writing skills, with a gift for taking complex or clinical topics and turning them into content that's clear, relatable and easy to understand. You're drawn to mission-driven work, with a genuine interest in nonprofits, community health and making a real difference in the lives of the people around you.

Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, challenges, formats and platform features, and move quickly to adapt them in ways that fit Washington Regional's brand and voice

Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, questions and messages in a timely and appropriate manner, in accordance with the marketing department's moderation procedures and patient privacy guidelines
