KeepMeHome a family owned and operated home health care company. We are proud to offer non-medical services (homemaker, companion, personal care assistant, live in) as well as licensed care (RN, LPN, PT). KMH serves the entire state of Connecticut and has its office in Berlin

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help bring our brand to life online.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, publishing, and analyzing content across our social media channels while helping develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

This position requires someone who is comfortable visiting home care clients regularly to capture authentic content, including employees, customers, events, behind-the-scenes moments, services, and other opportunities that showcase our organization and culture.

This is a part time position. Individual will be responsible for creating a set number of posts per week. Hours flexible. Meeting once per week at our Berlin, CT office is required.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Visit home care client residences to capture content involving our clients and employees
  • Film and edit short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Photograph employees, customers, events, services, and day-to-day moments for use across social media and marketing
  • Brainstorm creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, popular formats, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, photography, videography, graphic design, or other creative work
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience creating engaging short-form video content
  • Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone and/or professional camera equipment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable interacting with employees, customers, and members of the community while capturing content
  • Ability to visit home care clients across different towns
