Reports to: Head of Growth Marketing

Salary: €55,000- 60,000

About the Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Paid social: plan, build, manage and optimise Meta campaigns, including budgets, audiences, creative testing, retargeting and clinic-level activity.
  • Organic social: develop the channel strategy, content pillars, publishing cadence and editorial calendar across relevant group brands.
  • Local activation: create a scalable model that gives clinics a local voice without creating fragmented or unmanaged social channels.
  • Campaigns: translate commercial priorities, services, seasonal opportunities and clinic capacity into integrated social campaigns and clear briefs.
  • Content direction: identify stories, formats and creative opportunities; brief and collaborate with the in-house designer on static, video and campaign assets.
  • Community: oversee engagement, comments and social listening, with appropriate escalation for clinical, customer-service or reputational issues.
  • Measurement: report on meaningful performance, explain why results changed and recommend what to scale, stop or test next.
  • Experimentation: maintain an active testing roadmap across audiences, propositions, creative, formats, landing pages and calls to action.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear paid and organic social strategy linked to commercial and brand objectives.
  • A forward campaign calendar with proactive planning rather than reactive posting.
  • Improving paid-social efficiency and demonstrable contribution to demand, bookings, PHP and priority-clinic growth where attribution allows.
  • Better audience segmentation, testing discipline and creative learning loops.
  • More useful local clinic content within clear central brand and governance standards.
  • Reporting that moves beyond reach and engagement to insight, action and business impact.
  • Strong ownership of accounts, access, budgets, processes and documentation.

First 90 Days:

  • Audit existing paid and organic social activity, audiences, accounts, access, creative and measurement.
  • Establish the social strategy, content pillars, campaign calendar and clinic/local activation model.
  • Take ownership of Meta activity and introduce a structured test-and-learn roadmap.
  • Define the core social KPIs and improve the link between platform performance and bookings/revenue.
  • Identify immediate priority opportunities and build the forward 2027 social plan.

About You

  • 4-5+ years’ experience in hands on social media management
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta paid media as well as organic social; this must be more than boosted-post experience.
  • Experience owning meaningful paid budgets and making optimisation decisions independently.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and connect channel metrics to commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, funnel design, creative testing, conversion journeys and measurement.
  • Editorial judgement and the ability to turn business priorities into engaging social content and campaigns.
  • Comfort working across multiple locations or brands, ideally in a consumer, retail, healthcare, hospitality or other local-service environment.
  • Confident stakeholder management: able to work with clinic teams, senior leaders and creative colleagues while protecting priorities.
  • Organised and proactive, with experience using campaign calendars and task/project-management systems.
