Part-Time Position Overview
You'll shape our brand voice, market presence, and customer engagement by planning, executing, and optimizing social media and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You'll focus on storytelling around unique estates, curated collections, and exceptional finds, while showcasing the value and expertise behind our estate sale services.
This role will oversee content strategy, sales promotion, and community engagement, managing projects from concept through execution. You'll collaborate closely with operations, sales teams, clients, and referral partners to bring estate sales, business liquidations, and special events to life through compelling content and targeted marketing campaigns. Additionally, you'll help develop and guide a small marketing team while driving brand awareness, attendance, and customer growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management dashboards (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and scheduling software

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
