The Role
We're looking for a social media intern to support our organic social channels. You'll help bring our brand to life across organic and sometimes paid channels. working closely with our creative strategist on everything from trend spotting to caption writing to asset organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes content stop a scroll, and wants real experience inside a fast-moving marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day organic content: drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms
- Help source and track trends relevant to youth sports, parenting, and athlete culture
- Assist with UGC coordination, organizing footage from mentor creators, logging assets, and prepping clips for review
- Support content creator onboarding and communication
- Help track performance of organic and paid posts and pull together simple reporting
- Keep our content calendar and asset library organized
Qualifications
- Active, fluent user of TikTok, Instagram. you understand platform-native content instinctively
- Strong writer with a good ear for tone and brevity
- Interest in youth sports, athlete culture, or parenting content a plus
- Organized and reliable, comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
