Job Description & Summary

About the role:

As a Social Media Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing the firm's social media strategy to life through engaging content, campaign delivery and channel management. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and publishing content across major social platforms, supporting influencer and employee advocacy programmes, and driving engagement with key audiences. This is a hands-on role suited to a social media specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining creativity with digital marketing expertise. We're open to candidates from a wide range of industries and organisational sizes, including agencies, provided they can demonstrate strong content creation capabilities and a passion for social media excellence.

What your days will look like:

  • Creating, editing and publishing content across LinkedIn, Meta and other social media platforms.

  • Producing engaging video and visual content using tools such as CapCut and similar editing platforms.

  • Supporting the delivery of social media campaigns from concept through to execution.

  • Managing content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring channel performance.

  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports business priorities and campaigns.

  • Supporting influencer marketing, employee advocacy and social engagement activities.

This role is for you if:

  • You have hands-on experience managing social media channels for a brand, organisation or agency.

  • You enjoy creating content and have strong video editing skills, ideally using CapCut or similar tools.

  • You are passionate about social media trends, platform developments and audience engagement.

  • You can balance multiple projects and deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.

  • You are comfortable working with stakeholders and translating ideas into compelling social content.

  • You are looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact through delivery, creativity and social media expertise.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
