### Social Media & Digital Content Specialist

Chefness Bakery is looking for a creative, motivated, and talented individual to join our team!

We're searching for someone who has a passion for social media, photography, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will help showcase our beautiful cakes, pastries, and baked goods while growing our online presence.

### Key Responsibilities

* Photography & Content Creation*

• Take high-quality photos and videos of cakes, pastries, and bakery products.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative content for holidays, promotions, and new product launches.

* Social Media Management*

• Manage and maintain our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Stay updated on social media trends and creative marketing ideas.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.

* Website Management*

• Update and maintain our bakery website.
• Upload product photos, descriptions, and pricing.
• Keep website content current with seasonal menus and promotions.
• Improve product presentation and the overall online shopping experience.
• Assist with online marketing campaigns and website improvements.

* Marketing & Design*

• Create promotional graphics, flyers, and digital advertisements.
• Help develop marketing campaigns for holidays and special occasions.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

### Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Creative eye for food photography, styling, and presentation.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
• Familiarity with website management platforms such as Shopify or WordPress.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food, bakery, hospitality, or retail marketing is a plus!
