We're on the hunt for a Social Media Designer who lives for the double-tap and the "wait, what was that ad?" moment. Someone who can design for the feed like they were born there.

Working in our internal studio team, this role turns briefs, insights and intelligence into static, carousel and short form video that doesn't just look good, it performs!

From Meta, to Google and whatever channel launches next: if it's paid social, you're building native creative for it.

What you bring:

• A portfolio that proves you can design at pace across static, carousel and video to make each one earn its place in the feed

• Experience producing high volume, platform native creative for Meta, TikTok and Google, including A/B and multivariate variations

• Fluency in performance creative, you think in CTR, hook rate, CVR and CPL, not just "does it look nice"

• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Express)

• Experience using AI assisted tools to speed up ideation and production

• The instinct to turn a brief and insights into something people actually stop for

• An eye for detail that covers brand, accuracy and compliance

• Sharp knowledge of paid social specs, formats and policies across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads

• The communication and organisation to thrive when the volume is high and the pace is fast

• A habit of digging into insights to spot trends and sharpen the next round of creative

Desirable:

• Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry
