Where You Come In

As the Social Media Content Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the voice and

presence of Home Genius Exteriors across digital platforms. Reporting to the Customer

Experience Officer, you will be responsible for creating and managing content strategies that

grow brand awareness, highlight our services, and strengthen our connection with both

customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for all social media platforms.

● Create engaging posts, campaigns, and multimedia content that highlight services,

culture, and customer stories.

● Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive engagement and growth.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

● Manage the social media content calendar to align with marketing initiatives and

company priorities.

● Stay informed on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and

competitive.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation with emphasis

on video.

● Strong copy and editing skills with an eye for storytelling and brand alignment.

● Experience with social media analytics and content management tools.

● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

● Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
