Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain active membership in an Every Nation church
- Maintain Every Nation social media channels
- Maintain Every Nation apps
- Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar
- Assist in developing social media campaigns
- Work alongside designers, video editors, and other creative team members to execute campaigns
- Alert the Content Manager of any potential PR problems
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement across social media platforms
- Maintain ministry websites' directories, events, and other related content
- Stay knowledgable about social media best practices
Minimum Qualifying Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or related field preferred
Minimum Qualifying Experience:
- Proven skills in content management, logic/reasoning, data interpretation, content organization, and collaborating with creative teams
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Works well on a collaborative team
- The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- The ability to retain brand identity when performing content quality control
- Knowledge of cultural and international differences, awareness of regional differences
- High ethical standards and confidentiality
- Self-manage and actively manage Communications assets with little supervision
