General Purpose:
Expand Elwood's placed headcount by improving our candidate experience throughout the associate lifecycle, grow our apply volume on Facebook through an engaging content schedule, and improve our company's engagement with new applicants and help deliver a world class experience for applicants.
Essential Functions:
- Create and publish social media content that aligns with Elwood's brand and Service Promise.
- Drive engagement and applicant traffic through social media content by tailoring to the candidate experience.
- Create and run paid advertisements for the field on social platforms, actively monitoring spend, applicant traffic and ROI. Propose ideas and solutions to enhance paid ad optimization and performance.
- Import applies from advertisements and associate referrals in a timely manner.
- Consult with the field on Facebook best practices and monitor ROI, aiming to drive traffic through Facebook at a reasonable cost.
- Respond to branch requests for specified content posted to Facebook and Instagram in a timely manner.
- Leverage Facebook groups to broaden content outreach.
- Monitor and respond to incoming direct messages across all social platforms.
- Conduct research to align Elwood's social media practices with trends and best practices as stated by Meta.
- Master job posting best practices and assist field with posting quality
- Partner with Elwood Cares team to assess, report out and work to improve the candidate experience, evaluating pre-apply process through end of assignment and redeployment.
- Assist the Elwood Cares team with daily associate functions as needed.
