About the Role
The Social Media Coordinator brings Lucchese's day-to-day social presence to life. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on creating and posting content, managing our social communities, and supporting our influencer and user-generated content (UGC) strategy. You'll work closely with the Manager of Content Strategy and partner cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Events, and Product teams.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Posting
- Create, schedule, and publish social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
- Help build and maintain the social media content calendar
- Shoot and edit photo/video content for social platforms
- Support the Manager of Content Strategy in executing content plans and campaigns
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across our social platforms in a timely, on-brand way
- Pull insights from customer reviews (Yelp, Google Business, Apple Business) and social comments
- Track community sentiment and share qualitative/quantitative insights to inform content strategy
Trend Research & Strategy Support
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies
- Bring trend insights and recommendations to the Manager of Content Strategy
- Support planning of upcoming content based on research findings
Influencer & UGC Management
- Help build and manage Lucchese's influencer and user-generated content strategy
- Identify, coordinate, and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates
- Manage product seeding — selection, fulfillment coordination, and tracking
- Source and manage influencer outreach through platforms like ShopMy and LTK
- Support execution and performance tracking of influencer/UGC campaigns
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, communications, or a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience with influencer sourcing/seeding platforms (ShopMy, LTK preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other content editing tools
- Strong photo/video editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver
Good to Know
- Full-time, hourly role based in our Dallas Corporate Office (40-55 hours/week)
- 4 days per week required in-office; 1 day remote
- Monday–Friday, core business hours; occasional evenings/weekends as needed
- Up to 30% travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times
