This is a hands-on content creation position intended for someone who will be a member of our Team. This is not a work from home role.

Position Summary

Ancira Auto Group is seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Specialist to help tell our story through social media, employee recognition, dealership events, community involvement, promotions, recruiting efforts, and digital marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for creating content, capturing photos and video, managing social media activity, supporting events, and helping strengthen Ancira's online presence and reputation. Work schedules will generally align with normal dealership sales and service hours; however, the position requires flexibility to travel to all Ancira dealerships, attend a variety of events, support community activities, sponsorships, employee functions, special projects, content-capture opportunities, and similar business needs that may occur outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other approved social media platforms.
• Capture photos and videos at dealerships, employee activities, designated community events, sponsorship events, and special events.
• Develop content highlighting employees, customers, dealerships, vehicles, community involvement, and company culture.
• Write G-rated fun captions, posts, employee spotlights, announcements, and promotional content.
• Assist with content planning and maintaining social media calendars.
• Monitor comments, reviews, and messages and communicate concerns to appropriate management personnel.
• Support recruiting, promotional, community, and employee-recognition initiatives through digital content.
• Maintain organized photo, video, and content libraries.
• Track basic social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with dealership managers and corporate leadership to identify content opportunities.
• Assist with special projects and marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Represent Ancira professionally both online and in person.
• Your work product will be "Ancira" specific and becomes the property of Ancira.

Interview Process

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, Canva, and basic video-editing software.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Creative eye for photography, video, and storytelling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as needed.
