Social Media & Content Coordinator

About the Position

Allstar Pizza & More is looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to help bring the Allstar experience to life online.

Allstar is more than a pizza restaurant. We offer parties, pickleball, sports and recreation, open play, special events, community partnerships, and family entertainment. We are looking for someone who can capture everything happening at Allstar and turn it into engaging content that makes people want to visit, order, book, and participate.

This is a hands-on content position. The right person will regularly be at Allstar capturing photos and videos, creating short-form content, and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Capture photos and videos of food, parties, pickleball, events, programs, team members, and the overall Allstar experience.
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form videos.
• Design promotional and informational graphics using Canva or similar software.
• Write captions that fit the Allstar brand and encourage engagement and action.
• Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Develop and maintain a 2–4 week content calendar.
• Promote restaurant specials, parties, programs, events, rentals, and other Allstar offerings.
• Identify content opportunities without needing constant direction.
• Monitor comments, messages, tags, and customer engagement.
• Work with Allstar leadership to understand upcoming priorities and promotions.
• Track content performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, inquiries, bookings, and other measurable results.
• Help develop new ideas and campaigns to grow Allstar's local audience and customer base.
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Understands Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video.
• Is comfortable taking photos and filming video in an active business environment.
• Has a creative eye and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
• Can edit videos using CapCut or similar software.
• Is comfortable creating graphics in Canva.
• Has strong written communication skills.
• Is organized and able to plan content ahead of time.
• Is dependable and able to meet deadlines.
• Can take direction while also bringing new ideas to the table.
• Is comfortable interacting with team members and guests while capturing content.
• Understands that successful social media should help generate awareness, traffic, orders, registrations, inquiries, and bookings—not just likes.

Previous professional social media experience is preferred, but a strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to create engaging content may substitute for professional experience.

Schedule

Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start.

This position requires some on-site availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, because many of our parties, programs, and special events happen during those times.

This is not a fully remote position.

Compensation

$13–$16 per hour, based on experience, portfolio, and demonstrated content-creation ability.

There is potential for additional hours and growth as Allstar's marketing and social media presence expands.
