Role Summary

Reliant Holdings is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to strengthen brand awareness and support company communications through thoughtful digital storytelling and coordinated campaigns. This role is central to maintaining a consistent presence across channels while helping translate business priorities into clear, engaging content.

Key responsibilities include managing and publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms; creating written, visual, and video assets for marketing, recruiting, and customer engagement; supporting campaigns, events, launches, and announcements; monitoring engagement and escalating concerns when appropriate; and tracking performance metrics with clear reporting and improvement recommendations.

Required skills/qualifications:

• Strong content creation and editing skills (copy, basic design, and video)
• Comfort with analytics, reporting, and campaign measurement
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain brand standards

A Typical Day

Your day begins onsite in Pampa, Texas by reviewing scheduled posts, checking notifications, and scanning engagement trends from the prior day. You'll align upcoming messages with current priorities, then shift into drafting copy, selecting visuals, and polishing short-form video for timely updates. Midday often includes quick check-ins to collect photos, testimonials, or project notes, followed by organizing assets and updating a simple content calendar. Later, you'll compile performance snapshots-what's resonating, what's not, and where to adjust-so stakeholders have clear visibility. Before wrap-up, you'll ensure active conversations are handled appropriately and that upcoming announcements are ready to publish with a consistent look and voice.
