Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) stands with Australians affected by breast cancer to ensure their voices drive meaningful change. As the leading breast cancer consumer organisation, we inform, support and advocate—bringing people together and driving better outcomes for our community and the healthcare system.

Since their inception in 1998, they have built a strong and resilient network of over 250,000 individuals who have received their support. Alongside this network, BCNA work with the broader cohort of health professionals, government, healthcare providers and partners to influence and create a stronger healthcare system.

As BCNA enters an exciting new phase with a refreshed brand and growth strategy, the Social Media & Content Specialist will play a key role in shaping how the organisation connects with its community.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this specialist role is responsible for leading BCNA’s social media strategy, content and performance across owned and paid channels. You will own and elevate the social function end-to-end, from planning and content development through to execution, optimisation and audience growth.
This is a hands-on, creative and strategic role, developing audience-first, social-first content that brings campaigns, advocacy priorities and lived experiences to life. Working collaboratively across teams, you will drive engagement, amplify awareness and support fundraising and community participation through impactful and responsive social media.
