Social Content Creator (part-time)

Description

Maxine’s Coffee is looking for a creative, reliable Part-Time Social Content Creator to create and post engaging social content that brings the Maxine’s brand to life. This is a small, flexible role focused on content creation and posting — not full social media

management.

What You’ll Do

• Create approximately 12 pieces of social content per month for Instagram/TikTok
• Capture and edit a mix of short-form video, Reels, photography, and simple social-first content
• Create content around our two primary focuses:
• Coffee + Café: drinks, seasonal menus, café moments, product features and visually engaging coffee content
• Maxine’s Apparel: tees, sweatshirts, hats and other Maxine’s merchandise
• Turn simple concepts and direction into finished, ready-to-post content
• Schedule and publish approved content through Later
• Occasionally visit Maxine’s Coffee to capture fresh content
• Stay aware of relevant social trends and adapt them to fit the Maxine’s brand

What We’re Looking For

• Strong eye for visually engaging, social-first content
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and photography
• Able to work independently and consistently deliver content on schedule
• Understands Instagram and TikTok trends without relying on trends for every piece of content
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Later, or similar tools is a plus
• Coffee, food/beverage, lifestyle, fashion, or retail content experience is a plus

Role Details

• Part-time / flexible schedule
• Approximately 12 finished pieces of content per month
• Pittsburgh-based with the ability to shoot on location at Maxine’s Coffee

No community management or customer service responsibilities.
