At One Green Bean, we're looking for our next Social Content Creator - someone who lives and breathes social, has a sharp creative eye, and knows how to turn cultural moments into content people actually want to engage with.

You'll join a collaborative, energetic team creating social-first content for an exciting mix of brands, from iconic global names to ambitious Aussie challengers. We're not looking for someone who simply follows trends. We're looking for someone who understands them, can spot what's next, and has the creative instincts to turn cultural insights into engaging content and standout ideas.

You'll bring experience from a social, PR or integrated agency environment and have a genuine passion for content creation across platforms. Whether it's shooting and editing short-form video, developing content concepts, creating platform-native assets or helping shape channel strategies, you'll be excited by the opportunity to create content that earns attention and drives results.

About the role

Content Creation & Production

• Develop social-first creative ideas, storyboards and channel-specific content across both paid and organic campaigns.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish content across social platforms, with a strong understanding of what performs natively on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and emerging channels.
• Produce low-fi, creator-led content using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organise and support on in-house and campaign shoots, collaborating closely with our producer and account teams.
• Produce social copy that reflects brand voice and enhances storytelling across platforms.

Client & Account Collaboration

• Present content ideas and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback to strengthen and refine creative concepts.
• Track, analyse and report on content performance across social platforms, using insights and learnings to continually improve content effectiveness and engagement.
• Translate client objectives into engaging social-first content while building confidence in your recommendations and bringing stakeholders along the creative journey.
• Own content planning, publishing and community management across social platforms.
• Lead content ideation and execution, identifying trends, opportunities and cultural moments relevant to client brands.
• Partner with the social and strategy teams to develop creative approaches that deliver against client goals.
• Stay across platform developments, creator trends and emerging formats, bringing fresh thinking into campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in a social content or creative role.
• Proven experience creating social-first content across multiple platforms, with strong skills in video editing and short‑form storytelling.
• Creative, with a passion for culture, trends and ideas that feel native to social platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience shooting content using mobile-first production techniques, with a strong understanding of lighting, audio and platform best practice.
• Ability to create engaging motion assets, text treatments and social-first creative that elevates content performance.
• Curious about culture, creators and the conversations shaping social media today.
