About The Role

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Social Content Team. In this role, you will produce highly engaging, social-first video content that drives strong engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Working both collaboratively with a supportive team of strategists, producers, and videographers, and independently as a proactive, self-shooting editor, you will be able to bring social ideas to life from concept to final cut.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

  • Salary Band is £36,000K to £56,900K
  • Expected salary up to - We are looking for candidates up to £48K, depending on the experience you would bring to the role
  • Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract
  • Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home-based upon your personal needs, whilst balancing the needs of the business. We typically aim for around three days a week in the office for collaboration and attendance of key meetings.
  • Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. However, there will be travel to create content.
  • Next Steps - The application process requires you to upload a recent portfolio/examples of your work, as well as your CV and answers to the application questions. An initial shortlist will be invited to a virtual Portfolio review. If successful, at this stage, a final shortlist will then be invited to attend a formal interview, where you will be required to present a small project that will be provided to you in advance.

Key responsibilities

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end content creation, demonstrating platform-native production expertise through in-app editing, text overlays, and creator-focused tools. You will leverage an innate understanding of internet subculture and emerging trends to rapidly translate viral concepts into brand-aligned content. On set, you will utilise mobile videography and audio equipment to capture clean footage while either directing internal talent or appearing on-camera with confident voiceovers. Operating with high self-reliance, you will independently manage production timelines on location and craft compelling, platform-tailored social copy.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

  • Portfolio: Proven experience as a dedicated Social Content Creator, TikTok/Reels Producer, or running a successful person al/brand social channel in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • A portfolio/showreel demonstrating strategic thinking and social-first creative executions, highlighting overarching outcomes vs objectives.
  • Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of the technical nuances and best practices for social media platforms, including organic and paid nuances.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to interpret key social metrics and reporting to inform future creative iterations and optimisations.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

  • Retail Experience: Experience creating quick-turnaround content for a retail, fashion, home, or lifestyle brand.
  • Collaborative Autonomy: A proven track record of working seamlessly within the team structure while maintaining the drive to execute solo projects efficiently from start to finish.
