You are an expert in qualitative research methods—such as field studies, interviews, and diary studies—to shape product development and influence overall strategy. In this role, you will understand both the execution and business aspects of our products, collaborating with leaders across UX, Engineering, and Product Management to create innovative experiences, leveraging your passion for brand, craft, and design quality.
We are Connect Sales Platform, a cross-functional team making up one of three areas within Customer Engagement. On Connect Sales, the Sales CRM/Sales AI team builds the core surfaces and workflows that help Google Ads sellers achieve success in their roles and goals.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
