  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling social-first ideas and content.
  • Oversee content calendars, publishing schedules and community engagement activities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on influencer, creator and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present social strategies, performance reports and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with clients and platform partners.
  • Mentor and support junior social and community management team members.

What's in it for You?

  • Work on iconic brands and award-winning creative campaigns.
  • Partner with some of the industry's leading strategists, creatives and digital specialists.
  • Access the scale, innovation and opportunities of Accenture Song.
  • Be part of a culture that values creativity, curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Opportunities for career growth, leadership development and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Flexible working arrangements and an inclusive workplace environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in social media, content strategy or digital marketing roles, ideally within a creative, media or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing social strategies for major brands.
  • Deep understanding of platform ecosystems including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Strong knowledge of content planning, community management and social listening.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers and paid social initiatives.
  • Ability to identify cultural insights and translate them into creative opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
