About the Role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you'll own Quad Lock's social media function end-to-end. You'll lead and develop a team across Social Media & Content, Partnerships, and Influencers, setting the direction for how we show up online and in the real world.

You'll drive the content, strategy, and creative that build reach, deepen community engagement, and keep our brand consistent across every platform. You'll own performance reporting to support and drive actionable insights, and manage budget allocation across content, campaigns, and partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals and sets the direction for how Quad Lock shows up across all channels
• Oversee and grow the Paid Partnerships program, working together with the Partnerships & Influencer function to amplify Quad Lock's brand message, expand reach, and drive community engagement in line with business objectives and budget
• Own social and content communications plans and the content calendar, working closely together with the Social Media & Content Specialist to ensure alignment across platforms and key moments or campaigns
• Champion the community management across all social channels, collaborating with the social media and support social team to ensure our community is heard, engaged, and celebrated
• Utilise social listening and scheduling tools to monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activity
• Own reporting and analytics, tracking performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders, and translating data into actionable optimisation strategies
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously sharpen our presence
• Build and develop a high-performing social media team. Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to foster a culture that's collaborative, innovative, and results-driven
• Collaborate with the in-house creative and comms team to develop high-impact content, creative and on-brand copy that adapts to each platform and resonates with our target audience

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in social media management, with demonstrated success across strategy, influencer marketing and campaigns
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing team
• Expert knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and beyond, with a sharp eye for emerging opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen; outcome and results focused
• A natural leader and influencer, able to build credibility and buy-in at all levels
• Proficient in social listening, scheduling, and influencer and project management tools
• Analytical mindset - interprets data, extracts insights, and drives optimisation
• Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair and eye for design
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Test-and-learn mindset - experiments, iterates, and applies learnings to improve performance
• Understanding of Quad Lock's audience, or the ability to quickly build knowledge in this area
