A Bit About The Role...
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join our award winning social media department. Our team is fully integrated within the wider agency and will offer you the opportunity to work on an instantly recognisable brand while also developing your skills.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is extremely social-native but also who loves to create and feature in content. You'll ideate engaging social content with the team, always one step ahead on the latest trends. You'll be a natural presenter, often featuring in the content created, and shoot videos in our studio and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Content creation and ideation.
Think of new content ideas and suggestion to increase engagement and stay up-to-date with content trends.
Filming and editing content for Social Media
Ensure all content is shared for approval in line with timing plans
Ensure complete quality control of reporting, including accuracy and insight, and manage reporting delivery with the client
Develop reactive social ideas in line with UK cultural conversation, and understanding UK social media conversations and behaviours relevant to our clients
Ensure all campaigns perform well meeting or exceeding KPIs
Ensure all campaigns have correct setup, targeting and are implemented with correct tracking, links, spelling and creative specs.
Regular monitoring to ensure any issues or errors are seen quickly and rectified with or without senior support as required.
Use of analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Excel etc)
Inspire the team with new amplification ideas and suggestions.
Proactively understanding each client's business and specific needs
Recommending ways to improve performance and support clients
Ensuring all activity runs to agreed budgets, never exceeding or under-delivering, and
Budget trackers are updated in time and accurately.
Ensure time spent on tasks matches available hours.
Ensure appropriate job numbers are used to record time.
As Senior Social Media Executive You’ll Bring…
Must have:
Experience operating at a similar level previously. Agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience of Social community management, ideation and Content creation (copywriting, creative thinking and reporting).
Experience with filming and editing social media content
Interest in featuring in, presenting and talking on Social Media video
A genuine passion for Social Media and in depth understanding of the opportunities Social can offer brands.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
The ability to work collaboratively and enthuse others.
Nice to have:
Agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Ability to brief various teams across the agency, to ensure alignment with client requirements
