We are looking for a client-facing Senior Paid Media Strategist who is a master of their craft, highly strategic, and ready to take total ownership of our primary acquisition channels (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
You will step into a high-impact, client-facing role where you are not just pulling levers, but proactively developing strategies, managing client relationships, and directly communicating the business impact of our campaigns.

A Builder & An Optimizer: You are highly confident stepping into legacy accounts to aggressively scale ROAS, but you equally excel at researching, building, and launching complex campaigns from scratch.

A Platform Master: You have deep, tactical mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads. You know exactly how to navigate the intricacies of these platforms to maximize performance.
Core Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Communication: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for your accounts. You will manage client relationships directly, lead strategy calls, present performance reports, and confidently manage expectations.

Strategic Planning & Roadmaps: Own the overarching account strategy. You will translate client business goals into actionable, high-impact paid media roadmaps and build accurate performance projections.

CRM & Pipeline Strategy: Your job doesn't end at the lead capture. You dive into client CRMs to analyze pipeline velocity and uncover sales bottlenecks. You leverage this lead intelligence to advise clients on moving prospects through the funnel, while directly evolving our ad targeting, marketing collateral, and landing pages to close more deals.

End-to-End Execution: While you are a strategist, you are still hands-on. You will build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (with occasional LinkedIn Ads), leveraging the most modern account structures and automated bidding strategies.

Revenue-Focused Optimization: Go beyond basic vanity metrics and top-level conversions. Your focus is strictly on the bottom line: driving actual revenue, maximizing ROAS, and optimizing COM (Cost of Marketing).

Scientific Testing & CRO: Bring a rigorous approach to performance. Build out sophisticated testing frameworks and conduct scientific A/B tests on audiences, creative, copy, and landing pages (CRO) to continuously push the needle.

Creative Strategy & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, knowing exactly how to balance platform algorithm demands (like Google's Ad Strength) while maintaining strict control over brand messaging and positioning.

Advanced Data & Tracking: Ensure the "plumbing" works flawlessly. You go beyond basic setups—you are highly proficient in GA4, Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager, and can collaborate with our team to ensure closed-loop tracking.
Qualifications:

Hands-On Expertise: You have a proven track record of actively building, managing, and aggressively scaling campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Client-Facing Experience: You have demonstrable experience managing client relationships, leading meetings, and presenting complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance-Obsessed: Proven success managing campaigns optimized for hard revenue metrics (ROAS, COM) and high-quality lead generation, rather than vanity metrics.

Modern Platform Knowledge: You deeply understand current ad algorithms. You are well-versed in modern account structures, advanced bidding strategies, and scientific A/B testing methodologies.

Tracking & Analytics Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager). Experience visualizing and presenting data in Looker Studio is highly preferred.
