About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own a Meta ad account scaling past $1M a month. You'll be the person in the account every hour it matters — the one whose judgment decides what gets budget every morning. You'll inherit a system that already works (naming conventions, automated rules, budget ramp), and your job is to run it well, stress-test it, and make it better.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" seat. It's hands-on, every day.

What You'll Do

  • Watch campaign performance and pacing all day, and act fast when something's off
  • Run daily optimizations: adjust budgets, pause what's not working, launch new tests
  • Run a structured creative testing process and find the ads worth scaling
  • Keep naming conventions and automated rules clean and consistent
  • Work closely with the creative team, sharing what's performing to guide new concepts
  • Report weekly on spend, CPA/ROAS, and testing results

What You Bring

  • 5+ years buying Meta ads at real scale — you've personally managed $100K+/month (ideally $250K+) on DTC e-commerce with purchase objectives
  • Deep knowledge of attribution mechanics: 7DC vs. 1DC, conversion lag, and why intraday ROAS numbers can mislead
  • Hands-on experience with structured creative testing (1-1-X, ABO signal isolation, CBO scaling) and Advantage+ Shopping
  • Experience building or running Meta Automated Rules
  • Discipline. You log your decisions, respect what's in and out of your lane, and push for changes at the weekly review — not on the fly
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets: pacing math, CPA/ROAS modeling, threshold formulas

Nice to have:

  • Experience with whitelisting/spark ads and creator UGC pipelines at scale
  • Experience ramping a brand-new account from zero to six figures/month
  • Familiarity with CAPI, post-purchase survey attribution, or MMM-lite triangulation
  • Background in consumer beverage, food, or wellness
