Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is one of the fastest growing companies in the Semiconductor industry. We are worldwide technical leaders in Integrated Power Semiconductors and Systems Power delivery architectures. At MPS, we cultivate creativity, are passionate about sustainability, and are committed to providing leading-edge products and innovation to our customers. Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.

Job Description:

The role

You will be the voice of the product lines in every content conversation at a global semiconductor company. You sit inside the product organization, close to the roadmaps, the product line managers, and the engineers who define our products. Your job is to translate deeply technical products into the definitions and source content that marketing builds from: who the product is for, why it wins, and what story deserves telling.

Launch programs are planned and run by the corporate marketing program managers, and marketing messages are crafted within corporate marketing. You are the product-side counterpart both depend on: the upstream source, and the standard-setter for what product content should achieve as the company grows.

What you will own

  • Product definition. You sit with product line managers and define, for each priority product, the business opportunity: target applications and markets, the audiences that matter, the competitive context, and the story worth telling. This framework is what corporate marketing builds from.
  • Source content. You turn that definition into source material: the technical narrative, application context, and proof points that corporate marketing shapes into digestible, audience-specific messages.
  • Product content for launches. For each priority launch, you define the content requirements, messaging, and product story, and hand them to the corporate marketing program managers who plan and run the launch program. You stay engaged as the product voice from kickoff through release.
  • Content feedback. Corporate marketing selects the channels and runs the analytics. You take their performance readouts back to the product side: sharpening the story, the source content, and the product line's understanding of what resonates.
  • Cross-functional partnership. You are the connective role between the product lines and the corporate marketing teams that plan and bring content to market.

What success looks like

  • Every priority launch ships with a complete content package, built from your product definition and source content and delivered through the corporate marketing launch programs.
  • Product line managers treat content as leverage and come to you early, not after the launch date is set.
  • Performance readouts from corporate marketing visibly sharpen the product story and the next launch's source content.
  • Corporate marketing teams consider you their best briefing partner: clear inputs, realistic timelines, shared credit.

What you bring

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with depth in product marketing or content strategy for technical products. Semiconductors, electronic components, or an adjacent engineering-driven industry is a strong plus.
  • A track record of building content frameworks and standards: you have created something repeatable that outlived your involvement.
  • Fluency with performance data: you read analytics, draw conclusions, and change course based on evidence.
  • Proven cross-functional range: you have orchestrated work across product, creative, documentation, and digital teams without formal authority over them.
  • The ability to hold your own with engineers and product line managers: technical curiosity, fast learning, and respect for accuracy.

Who you will work with

You will work daily with product line managers and applications engineers, and partner closely with the corporate marketing organization: the brand and creative team, technical content and documentation, digital marketing, and events. You report into the product organization and serve as its voice in every content conversation.
