About Bathhouse

Bathhouse is where the sauna meets the social scene. Thermal pools, steam rooms, and elite hands-on treatments — all in a sleek, high-energy space. We're the intersection of wellness and social. Equal parts sanctuary and scene.

We build spaces where anyone, with any body, can show up and feel better leaving than they arrived.

Job Description

Bathhouse is looking to bring on a new Growth Marketing Senior Manager to help run growth as we scale. It starts with owning performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV. Real budgets, multiple markets at different stages, all hands on. You'll own the performance side from day one. As we open new markets, the scope of this role grows with them.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and CTV: account architecture, campaign structure, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences and testing across all of it.
  • Manage spend across markets at different stages: efficient always-on demand for established NYC locations, launch-scale flights for new cities and pre-open awareness for markets that haven't broken ground yet.
  • Set CAC and volume targets by location with the Director of Growth, then own the daily and weekly decisions that hit them.
  • Run the creative testing pipeline with our in-house creative and content team: write hypotheses from performance data, brief concepts, structure the tests, read the results and scale winners before they fatigue.
  • Work with our creator program on paid amplification: whitelisting, Spark Ads, Partnership Ads and deciding which organic winners deserve spend behind them.
  • Build launch media plans for new markets and run them from first awareness dollar through opening month, then turn what worked into a playbook for the next city.
  • Build AI workflows into how growth runs: connecting our data, booking and finance systems to models through MCPs, automating reporting and analysis and deciding what runs autonomously versus what stays managed.
  • Own tracking health across the stack: pixel and CAPI implementation, GA4, UTM discipline and how it all lands in our data warehouse. When a number looks off, you're the one who figures out why.
  • Bring an incrementality lens to everything: holdouts, geo tests, matched-market reads on launch spend. Platform ROAS is a signal, not the answer.
  • Feed demand planning weekly: fill rates by location, pacing against forecast and where paid needs to push or pull by day of week and market.
  • Partner with our web team on landing pages and booking flow conversion so paid traffic doesn't die on arrival.
  • Report weekly in plain language: what happened, why it happened and what we're changing.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years running paid acquisition hands-on, in the platforms, with meaningful budgets.
  • Genuinely multi-channel. Deep in Meta, and you've run at least two of TikTok, Google, YouTube, or CTV at scale. You know how the platforms differ in structure, creative and measurement, not just in theory.
  • You understand incrementality and what platform-reported numbers hide. You've run or interpreted holdouts, geo tests or lift studies, and you know when to trust ROAS and when to question it.
  • AI-native in how you work. You've connected models to real systems through MCPs or APIs, built automations that run with and without you in the loop, and you treat AI as leverage for analysis, reporting and execution rather than a writing tool.
  • Technically fluent across the measurement stack: tagging, pixel and CAPI implementation, attribution logic and how a data warehouse fits into the picture. Enough web knowledge to work with engineers on tracking and landing pages without a translator.
  • Comfortable getting your own answers from data. Whether that's SQL, a warehouse connected to a model or workflows you build yourself, you don't wait on an analyst.
  • Strong creative judgment. You can explain why an ad worked, write a brief that gets a better ad made.
  • A builder by default. You've made systems, playbooks or infrastructure that didn't exist before you got there, and you like that part of the job.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available.
  • PTO
  • 401K
  • Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse w/ unlimited guest passes.
  • 50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.
