We're seeking a Senior Email Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise email marketing programs. This role serves as the organization's primary subject matter expert for email marketing and marketing automation, owning everything from audience segmentation and customer journeys to testing, analytics, and performance optimization.

As a strategic leader within the marketing organization, you'll shape the email roadmap, develop engagement strategies, and drive measurable business results through data-driven campaigns. You'll collaborate with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences that nurture prospects, deepen engagement, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the enterprise email marketing channel, leading strategy, execution, and optimization efforts
  • Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Design and optimize automated customer journeys and nurture programs
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and continuous optimization efforts
  • Partner with marketing, creative, analytics, sales, product, and compliance teams
  • Create integrated marketing experiences across digital and sales touchpoints
  • Mentor junior team members and support marketing best practices
  • Improve marketing operations and automation processes
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • HTML/CSS and SQL experience a plus
