Senior eCommerce Marketing Specialist
Grinnell, Iowa | Hybrid, 3 to 4 Days Onsite
Brownells is looking for a Senior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to help deliver accurate, engaging, and high-performing digital shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll bring products, promotions, and content to life for a highly engaged customer base within the firearms and outdoor industry.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role in eCommerce site operations for someone who enjoys turning marketing and merchandising priorities into customer-ready eCommerce experiences. You’ll work across the Brownells website, building and publishing content, executing promotions and product launches, performing detailed QA, and continuously improving how customers discover, shop, and purchase our products.

Work Arrangement & Compensation
This position is hybrid in Grinnell, Iowa, with an onsite expectation of 3 to 4 days per week.
Salary starts at $65,000, adjusted based on experience, plus bonus potential of up to 12%.
