We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist – Email & Automation to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our enterprise email marketing and marketing automation programs.

This highly visible role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, customer journey design, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and business growth. As the organization's marketing automation expert, you'll help define best practices, improve processes, and identify innovative ways to connect with customers throughout their lifecycle.

While email is the primary focus, you'll also create connected experiences across digital and sales touchpoints to ensure every customer interaction contributes to a seamless journey.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the strategic owner of email marketing and marketing automation initiatives
  • Develop and execute email campaigns and automated customer journeys
  • Build segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Drive testing, optimization, and performance improvements
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and communicate strategic recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Enhance automation processes and operational efficiency
  • Support integrated cross-channel campaigns
  • Mentor team members and champion best practices
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing and automation trends

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of automation, segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven success managing complex campaigns and optimization initiatives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading testing and experimentation programs
  • HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge a plus
