The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Bodewell develops, executes, and optimizes digital marketing initiatives that drive consumer engagement, retention, and revenue growth for Bodewell, GE Appliances' ownership experience and home services platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Bodewell, this role leads lifecycle marketing efforts across email and SMS while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives across owned digital channels.

Working cross-functionally with MarTech, Analytics, UX, Creative, and other members of the Bodewell Commercial team, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist leverages insights and performance data to optimize lifecycle marketing programs and support analytics and reporting across commercial marketing initiatives, including business development, affiliate marketing, and eCommerce.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional owner experiences through data-driven marketing.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Lead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS, including automated customer journeys, triggered communications, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop customer communication strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty objectives.
• Partner with the MarTech team to develop audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and marketing automation programs that improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing & Owner Experience

• Support integrated digital marketing initiatives across owned channels, partnering with members of the Commercial, UX, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive consumer experiences.
• Contribute to campaign planning and promotional initiatives that drive consumer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Ensure consistent messaging and owner experiences across email, SMS, website, and other digital touchpoints.

Analytics, Testing & Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance across CRM, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, eCommerce, and other commercial initiatives using marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that help the Bodewell Commercial team measure campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, conversion, revenue, and overall business performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across the Commercial team to identify key performance indicators, evaluate marketing performance, and support data-driven business decisions.
• Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts across messaging, creative, audiences, offers, customer journeys, and digital experiences to continuously improve performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities through consumer, campaign, and website data, translating insights into recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and customer lifetime value.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, eCommerce marketing, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, marketing automation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
• Experience analyzing marketing and/or business performance using platforms such as GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations and optimization strategies.
• Experience planning and executing A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience supporting digital products, subscription services, home services, or consumer-facing brands.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey optimization, and digital merchandising concepts.
• Understanding of attribution modeling, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing measurement.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing workflows, campaign development, or customer engagement.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and naturally curious, with a passion for improving customer experiences through digital marketing.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
• Interest in growing within marketing, digital, or product marketing disciplines.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.

Working Conditions
