We are seeking a data-driven, Lifecyle Marketing Strategist to guide our customer acquisition and upsell efforts. This role will be based in Louisville, KY and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is responsible for understanding how leads come into the sales funnel, identifying high-value prospects, defining nurture strategy, and optimizing conversion for Mercer’s Career Products business. You will be responsible for building the bridge between marketing curiosity and sales conversion by leveraging response and purchase data to create sophisticated, segmented customer journeys and campaigns.
