Curtiss-WrightCurtiss Wright Industrial is expanding its marketing team with a dedicated Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
This role plays a key part in elevating our digital presence, accelerating lead generation, and expanding a high-quality technical content library across global markets. You will lead digital content development and execution, HubSpot automation, analytics, and reporting, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and commercial impact. Your Challenge:
Content Development, Activation & Multi Channel Execution
- 3+ years’ experience developing, activating, and executing content across digital channels
- Create high-impact content including blogs, emails, case studies, newsletters, and articles
- Ensure all content is aligned to brand standards and optimized for SEO and GEO
- Produce sales-enablement materials such as datasheets, brochures, and case studies
- Source and translate technical input from Product Management and Engineering
- Co-manage the activation of product and brand content across targeted channels
Content Strategy, Planning & Insights
- Identify high-value content topics and industry themes to enrich the content library
- Produce SEO/GEO-optimized content including blogs, case studies, and landing pages
- Use HubSpot performance data to guide optimization and content strategy decisions
- Lead data-driven content planning informed by factual insights and evidence
- Host bi-monthly content alignment calls with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales
- Maintain a rolling content plan supported by a performance tracker
HubSpot Ownership, Automation & Reporting
- Serve as the HubSpot subject matter expert for all content operations and execution
- Build and deploy workflows, automated communications, and lead-nurture sequences
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reporting suites for performance reviews
- Track and analyze content and campaign performance using HubSpot’s analytics tools
What You Bring
Experience
• 3+ years of digital marketing and content development experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, automation, reporting suites)
- Strong digital content creation skills across multi-channel environments
- Experience working within a B2B, global organization (desirable)
- Marketing, Business, or related qualification (desirable)

• Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong stakeholder engagement and active listening skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams
- Skilled at translating technical information into clear, customer-friendly content

Who We Are
Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the product brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier of providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles. These include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and motor coaches, construction and agricultural vehicles, materials handling, and other specialty vehicles, as well as sophisticated wheelchairs and scooters for medical mobility.
We develop and manufacture electronic throttle controls, transmission shifters and sensors for commercial off-highway equipment and heavy trucks, helping to address the long-term trend towards attaining higher fuel efficiency and lower emissions. We also supply operator controls and advanced motor controllers for hybrid and electric vehicles, such as buses, forklift trucks, pallet stackers, wheelchairs, and rehabilitation chairs.
