About Us
Nothing is clearer to us than the belief that every woman should include strength training in her life to enhance both physical and mental well-being. It's about building strong bodies and even stronger minds, asserting their right to take up space in the gym, and allowing the spotlight to shine bright on their progress.
To us, strength training represents a determined, goal-oriented mindset and an unwavering work ethic. We don't wait for success; we create it through hard work and determination. When faced with challenges, we don't back down; instead, we break through barriers, recognising that true progress lies on the other side.
These are the pillars that form the foundation of Oner Active. We consistently challenge ourselves to create innovative and impactful products, so that you can perform better. With our range of products and innovative approach, we provide a wide variety of colours to ensure that all skin tones genuinely radiate in Oner.
Our Purpose and Mission
We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.
Our Benefits
About You:
We're looking for a Senior Content Strategist to be the bridge between our ideas and the channels that bring them to life — across all three tiers of our content: big brand campaigns, monthly launch moments, and the always-on cultural content that runs underneath both. You'll take each of these and work out how it gets cut, adapted, and sequenced across every marketing and brand channel we run: social, email, paid, web, PR, in-store/experiential, and beyond. You're not the one inventing the big idea, and you're not the one hitting publish on every post — you're the person who works out what each idea becomes on each channel, in what order, and in what format, so everything we put out feels like one connected story, whether it's a hero campaign or a same-day community post.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Translate campaign briefs and creative concepts into a channel-by-channel activation plan across all three content tiers — big campaigns, monthly launch moments, and always-on/cultural content — defining what content each channel needs, in what format, and when.
• Partner with brand/creative teams to understand the core idea behind a campaign or launch, then work backwards into practical content requirements for social, email, paid media, web, PR, and experiential.
• Own the always-on content plan: identify and react to cultural moments, trends, and real-time opportunities, and work out how they connect back to the broader brand and campaign narrative rather than sitting apart from it.
• Build content cascades and calendars that sequence big-campaign, monthly, and always-on content together, so they reinforce rather than compete with one another.
• Identify where a single asset can be cut, resized, or re-cut for different channels versus where a channel or moment needs bespoke content.
• Work with the producers brief designers, copywriters, and agencies on channel-specific adaptations, formats, and specs — from hero campaign assets down to fast-turnaround cultural content.
• Ensure tone, messaging hierarchy, and creative integrity hold up across tiers: from big-canvas assets (hero films, key visuals) to channel-native formats (Reels, carousels, email modules, banners) to reactive always-on posts.
• Work with the social team to take insights across channel and content performance and iterate the content mix — across campaigns, launches, and always-on — based on what's landing.
You’ll need to have:
• 8+ years in content strategy, integrated marketing, or campaign management, ideally within a brand, agency, or editorial team.
• Proven experience taking an idea — campaign, launch, or cultural moment — and adapting it across multiple channels (paid, owned, earned, social, email).
• Comfortable operating at different speeds: the long-lead planning of a tentpole campaign, the monthly rhythm of launch moments, and the fast turnaround of always-on/reactive content.
• Strong grasp of channel-specific best practice: what works natively on each platform versus what's just a resized asset.
• Comfortable briefing and collaborating with creative, design, and production teams — you can speak both "strategy" and "production."
• Excellent organizational skills; you can hold a content calendar spanning campaigns, launches, and always-on posting with dozens of moving parts and keep it coherent.
• Data-literate: able to read channel and content performance and adjust the direction accordingly.
• A sharp eye for narrative consistency — you protect the throughline as ideas fragment across channels and content tiers.
• A pulse on social trends, with good judgment on what's worth reacting to and what isn't.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with campaign management or project tools (Monday) and content calendars.
• Familiarity with paid and organic social platforms, email platforms, and basic web/CMS workflows.
• Prior experience in a hybrid brand/performance marketing team.
