Fit Litter isn't your average pet brand. Born from a mission to help cats live longer, healthier lives, they've become one of Australia's fastest-growing pet brands, dominating their niche and expanding into the UK, NZ and beyond. The growth over the past three years has been explosive, powered by performance marketing, genuinely innovative products, and content that converts.
They're a small team that plays big. Autonomy, candour, and high trust are the cultural pillars. Internally, they're just as committed to helping every team member realise their own potential as they are to building the brand. Egos are left at the door.
They're now scaling from an 8-figure business toward a 9-figure household name, expanding globally, launching new product lines, and building out a world-class creative engine to match. This role sits at the heart of that engine.
They reward exceptional results, heavily. If you're an elite performance creative who's obsessed with the art and science of content that converts this is your next home.
