Job Description:

TD Direct Investing is part of TD Wealth and provides self-directed investors with the platforms, tools, education, and support they need to invest with confidence. The National Office Client Engagement team leads initiatives focused on deepening relationships with existing clients, supporting client growth, and improving engagement across key client segments.

The team works closely with partners across the business to translate client and business insights into strategies, programs, campaigns, and execution plans that support strong client and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilitites

Reporting to the Client Engagement team, the Senior Business Insights Analyst will act as a strategic business partner who uses data, client insights, and business context to inform decision-making and support the development and execution of client engagement initiatives.

This role requires a balanced skill set across business analysis, strategic problem-solving, stakeholder management, and program execution. The successful candidate will be able to translate insights into practical recommendations, support program strategy, and lead cross-functional work with limited oversight.

Other resposonsibilities include:

  • Use data, business context, and client insights to identify engagement opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations, business cases, presentations, and execution plans.
  • Support the development of client engagement strategies, including campaign planning, segmentation, feature adoption, and client growth initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and drive progress.
  • Lead small to medium-scale initiatives from concept through execution with limited day-to-day oversight.
  • Define success measures and key performance indicators that connect initiative outcomes to client and business impact.
  • Assess in-flight and completed program reporting to evaluate performance, identify insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Own and support campaign administration processes, including Salesforce opportunity tracking, data integrity, and scalable execution.
  • Represent the Client Engagement team as a business insights and program support resource for internal partners.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; business, finance, marketing, economics, analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, client strategy, program execution, campaign management, or analytics-informed decision support.
  • Strong ability to use data to support business decisions while considering client needs, business priorities, and execution realities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into practical recommendations, business cases, stakeholder materials, and action plans.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess opportunities, define priorities, and recommend a path forward.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for business partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Client-facing, marketing, Salesforce, Alteryx, or Tableau experience would be considered an asset.
